We believe the strongest things in life are built together.

Our story began in 1999 with a simple conversation over lunch. Nothing dramatic and nothing planned, just a moment of curiosity that grew into a lifelong connection. Two years later we were married, and from the very beginning our relationship has been rooted in faith, love, and a commitment to supporting one another’s purpose.

Over the years we have learned to navigate change, celebrate wins, grow through challenges, and build a home filled with grace, laughter, resilience, and intention. Everything we do begins with our desire to honor God, strengthen our family, and live with meaning.

Walking Together With Different Callings

Although we move through life side by side, we are wired differently and gifted differently. Our callings are not the same, yet they complement one another in a way that strengthens our family and the work we are building.

Tanesha’s Calling

Tanesha brings people together through creativity, hospitality, learning, and bold action. She has a heart for nourishing people in every sense of the word. Whether she is serving food from her Dulce Deaux trailer, encouraging women through Proverbs 31 inspired conversations, investing in real estate, or building learning communities, her purpose centers on uplifting people and creating spaces where they can grow.

Mario’s Calling

Mario’s purpose lives in leadership, clarity, trust, and helping others move forward. For more than two decades he has worked with leaders and organizations to create environments where people can thrive and do meaningful work. Through workforce solutions, leadership development, facilitation, speaking, writing, and coaching, he helps individuals and teams find clarity and momentum. His passion is helping people move from where they are to where they are capable of being.

Our differences are a gift. They allow us to serve in unique ways and build a home where curiosity is encouraged, gratitude is practiced, and purpose is protected.

Family First

No matter what we are building, our greatest joy is our family. Raising our children to lead with character, humility, responsibility, and faith is the most important work we will ever do. Home is the first place where leadership is learned, where habits are formed, and where young people gain the confidence to stand strong in who they are.

We take that responsibility seriously. We love deeply, we listen, we learn, we laugh, we correct, and we grow together. Our family is our foundation and everything else flows from that.

Faith at the Center

Our Christian faith guides how we make decisions and how we treat people. It shows up in our patience, our forgiveness, our willingness to serve, and our desire to live with purpose. We are not perfect, but we try to move with humility and gratitude, trusting God in each season and relying on His wisdom as we lead our family and build our work.
